Wall Township Police Warn Residents of Attempted Vehicle Thefts

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – A series of attempted vehicle thefts occurred last evening, prompting two rapid responses from Wall Township Police.

The first incident was reported at 10:20pm at a residence on Allaire Rd between Baileys Corner Rd and Hwy 34. The suspect, wearing all black attire, gloves, and a ski mask, fled the scene when confronted by the homeowner. The suspect made his escape in a waiting vehicle that subsequently left the area.

Shortly after, at 10:30pm, police were called to a residence on Williamsburg Dr for a similar situation. The description of the suspect matched that of the earlier incident. Once again, the individual fled to a waiting vehicle when the homeowner confronted him.

Authorities are urging residents not to engage with the suspect and to immediately report any suspicious activities to the Wall Township Police.

Anyone with information about these incidents is encouraged to contact the Wall Police Department.
