Man Struck in Face, Knocked to Ground in Annapolis Robbery

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Southern District officers are investigating a strong-arm robbery that occurred on Sunday, at approximately 8:30 p.m. The incident took place in the 900 block of Bay Ridge Road in Annapolis.

The 27-year-old male victim reported that an unknown male struck him in the face with an object, causing him to fall.

The suspect then took the victim’s cell phone and wallet before fleeing on foot. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital.

The suspect is described as a Black male wearing dark pants, a hooded Under Armour sweatshirt, and sneakers.
