70-Year-Old New York City Teacher Arrested for Forcible Touching Incident with Child

NEW YORK, NY – An on-duty NYC Department of Education teacher, Mohamed Baksh, 70, was arrested and charged on Thursday in the 42 Precinct.

The arrest includes charges of sexual misconduct, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. Further details about the incident remain under investigation.
