Morning Shooting Claims Life in Grays Ferry

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 24-year-old man became the victim of a fatal shooting in Philadelphia’s Grays Ferry area on Wednesday morning.

The incident transpired just after 10:30 a.m. on the 1200 block of South Bucknell Street.

The young man was shot multiple times throughout his body and was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He was declared dead at 10:50 a.m.

The Police Department is actively investigating the case.

Currently, no weapons have been recovered, and no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
