VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – A two-vehicle collision at the intersection of South Independence Boulevard and Dahlia Drive resulted in the death of motorcycle operator Carlos Forbes, 29, of Virginia Beach.
The incident occurred on September 18 at 09:47 AM. Officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to the scene where Forbes was pronounced deceased.
