NEW YORK CITY, NY – An on-duty NYC Department of Education teacher was arrested and charged within the 26th Precinct at 12:34 p.m. on September 21.

The arrested individual, identified as Brian Thomas, a 33-year-old male, faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
