Man Shot While Riding Bike in Toledo

TOLEDO, OH – Early Saturday morning, a shooting incident left one man injured in Toledo.

According to the Toledo Police Department (TPD), officers responded to a shooting call shortly after 3 a.m. A TPD Sgt. reported that a male victim was cycling on 17th Street when he was shot near the intersection of Adams Street.

Following the incident, the injured man managed to bike to the intersection of Madison Avenue and 17th Street.

Officers located him with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was then transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Currently, no details about the suspect have been provided by TPD, and the investigation is ongoing.
