Christie Says Won’t Run For Senate Because He Can’t Win; Continues Floundering Presidential Run

MORRISTOWN, NJ – Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie won’t be jumping on the U.S. Senate bandwagon in light of multiple corruption-related charges lodged against U.S. Senator Robert Menendez.

Christie said he won’t run a campaign for the senate to challenge Menendez.

“No, I have no interest in being in the United States Senate,” he said.

Instead, Christie continued his campaign for U.S. President where he is polling between 2% and 6% in various polls, trailing far behind both former U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
