Four Severn Juveniles Posing as Online Date Attacked and Robbed Victim

SEVERN, MD – Early Monday morning, at 2:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 8200 block of Marlton Court in Severn following a robbery report.

The victim stated he was meeting a date when he was ambushed and attacked by several male juveniles.

One of the assailants brandished what appeared to be a handgun, while the others took the victim’s belongings and vehicle.

The vehicle was later found abandoned in the vicinity. A subsequent search led to the arrest of four juveniles, and a BB gun believed to have been used in the crime was recovered.

The arrested individuals include two 16-year-olds, a 15-year-old, and a 17-year-old all from Severn.
