SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY – On Monday, Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney announced the indictment of Dominick Umbrino, 70, of Ridge, for storing and downloading images and videos of child sexual abuse on his devices.

The New York State Police acted on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, leading to a search warrant of Umbrino’s residence.

Thousands of explicit photos and videos were found on his devices.

On September 25, Umbrino faced County Court Judge Karen M. Wilutis, charged with 30 counts each of Promoting and Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child.

Judge Wilutis set bail conditions, and Umbrino is due back in court on October 30. He is represented by Christopher Brocato, Esq.
