ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – A drug operation was disrupted with the arrest of Diogenes Galvez, 19, of Atlantic City.

The Atlantic City Police Department, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Safe Streets Task Force, executed a search warrant at a Lexington Avenue residence on Wednesday.

The raid, which followed a three-month investigation, led to the discovery of a loaded handgun, a significant amount of narcotics including cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin, along with cash.

Detective Ermindo Marsini led the investigation that resulted in multiple charges against Galvez. Following his arrest, Galvez was sent to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.

It’s worth noting that charges are mere allegations and the accused is innocent until proven guilty.
