Man Shot and Killed in West Philadelphia as Body Count Climbs

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting incident took place in West Philly on Wednesday night, resulting in the death of a man.

The incident, which happened around 9 p.m., occurred on the 3900 block of Ogden Street.

The victim, believed to be in his late thirties, was rushed to a nearby hospital by the police, where he was subsequently pronounced dead.

No arrests have been reported as of Wednesday night.

This event brings the homicide count in Philadelphia to 323 for the current year, as reported by Philadelphia police.
