Two Injured in Shooting at Capitol Heights Metro Station in

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD – A shooting occurred at the Addison Road-Seat Pleasant Metro Station last Wednesday afternoon.

Two individuals, a man and a boy, were injured.

Officers from the Seat Pleasant Police Department have taken over the investigation to ascertain the events leading to the shooting and its motive.

According to reports, the shooting was made known to Metro officials around 3 p.m. Both victims were taken to a hospital and their conditions are currently deemed “non-life-threatening.”

The suspect responsible for the shooting is now in police custody.
