NEWARK, DE – A serious crash has led to road closures at the intersection of East Delaware Avenue and South College Avenue, affecting traffic in multiple directions.
The crash prompted the closure of East Delaware Avenue east of South College Avenue. South College Avenue is also closed at East Delaware Avenue. Authorities are on the scene conducting an investigation and facilitating the cleanup process.
Drivers heading northbound on South College Avenue will be diverted at Winslow Road. Additionally, vehicles will not be allowed to turn southbound onto South College Avenue from East Main Street.
Those traveling eastbound on West Delaware Avenue will have no option but to turn southbound onto South College Avenue.
