Deadly Shooting in Allentown Leaves Woman Dead

ALLENTOWN, PA – In the early hours of Friday, at around 2:00 am, Allentown Police were alerted to a shooting on the 600 Block of North Law Street.

Upon reaching the scene, officers found a female victim with gunshot wounds.

She later succumbed to her injuries. The coroner has held back on releasing her identity until her family is informed.

The Allentown Police Department, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Homicide Task Force, and the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office are jointly investigating the incident.
