Mechanicsburg Man Arrested for Attempted Assault of Juvenile

MECHANICSBURG, PA – On Wednesday, at around 7:59 p.m., the East Pennsboro Police responded to a call at the 3400 block of Sullivan Street.

A juvenile reported an attempted sexual assault at a residence. Following a thorough investigation, officers identified and arrested Netra Mishra of Mechanicsburg.

Mishra has been charged with Corruption of Minors, Indecent Assault, and Criminal Solicitation.

He was transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled before MDJ Sanderson.

The incident occurred in Mechanicsburg, PA, and Mishra was taken into custody on Wednesday. The police ask any other potential witnesses or victims to come forward with additional information.
