30-Year-Old Man Shot Multiple Times in Baltimore

Mass shooting at the scene of a Fourth of July holiday weekend block party in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place Saturday morning in Southeast Baltimore. A 30-year-old man sustained multiple gunshot wounds at the 1700 block of Ashland Avenue.

Officers arrived at the scene at approximately 10:10 a.m. following reports of a shooting. The victim was transported to an area hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The Southeast District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation.
