Armed and Dangerous Murder Suspect on the Loose in Lancaster County

LANCASTER, PA – A male victim is dead and Terrance McCain, 37, faces criminal homicide charges following a shooting that took place on the 900 block of S. Duke Street at 1:20 a.m. on Saturday, according to local police.

The injured man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced dead.

Police officers and detectives initiated an investigation immediately after receiving the dispatch call. McCain was identified as the suspect and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Authorities advise that McCain should be considered armed and dangerous. Those with information concerning McCain’s whereabouts or the ongoing investigation are urged to contact the Lancaster City Bureau of Police at 717-735-3300. Information can be provided anonymously.
