Man Shot and Killed Saturday Morning in Lancaster

LANCASTER, PA – On Saturday, around 1:19 am, officers from the Lancaster City Bureau of Police were dispatched to the 900 block of S. Duke St. following a shooting report.

A male victim with a gunshot wound was later found and transported to a local hospital.

He was pronounced deceased at the hospital. Detectives from the Lancaster City Bureau of Police are actively working on the case.

As of now, there appears to be no threat to the public. The police asked anyone with relevant information to contact them at 717-735-3300. Informants can choose to remain anonymous.
