Man Shot Dead Near Bronx Grocery Store

NYPD crime scene investigative unit.

TREMONT, NY – On Sunday evening, a fatal shooting event occurred near a grocery outlet situated at Grand Concourse and East 175th Street.

The incident occurred at around 5 p.m.

A male was found with gunshot injuries to his torso, and it remains uncertain if the shooting took place within the store’s premises or on the street.

In relation to the incident, the search is on for two males who were seen escaping the crime scene on a scooter in the direction of Fordham Road.

As of now, no arrests have been finalized.
