Armed Robbery at Dawson’s Market

ROCKVILLE, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Dawson’s Market on Monday.

At around 11:09 a.m., Rockville City Police Department officers were dispatched to the scene after reports of the incident.

The male suspect, described as a Black male aged between 27 and 37 years, initially attempted to steal food.

After being stopped and asked to leave by an employee, he later returned, brandishing a knife, and proceeded to rob the store.

He was last seen wearing an orange baseball cap, black hoodie, red t-shirt, black pants, white and gray sneakers, blue surgical mask, and red and black gloves. A reward of up to $10,000 has been announced for information leading to his arrest.
