Do You Know Him? Newark Burglary Suspect Sought by Police

NEWARK, NJ – The Newark Police Division has issued an arrest warrant for Quran J. Armstrong, 45, of Newark, following his identification as the suspect in two separate burglary incidents.

The first occurrence was on Monday, August 28, around 4 a.m., when Armstrong allegedly infiltrated a residence via a basement window, making away with laundry essentials.

The second incident unfolded on Friday, September 30, at about 11:10 a.m. Armstrong was allegedly spotted mid-theft, extracting between $5 to $10 from a vehicle’s center console.

Upon confrontation, he made an abrupt exit, fleeing over a backyard fence.
