Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a woman found dead on the median of Pulaski Highway in northeast Baltimore.

Crash detectives responded to a call at 7:07 a.m. Tuesday on the 5800 block of Pulaski Highway. The woman, lying unresponsive on the exit ramp to Erdman Avenue, had injuries consistent with being hit by a vehicle.

The Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as 59-year-old Pauline Allen.
