D.C. Police Search for Missing 33-Year-Old Woman

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A 33-year-old green energy expert, Kalia Raybuck, is critically missing, and authorities are appealing for public assistance to locate her.

Raybuck, who stands 5-foot-5 and weighs 110 pounds, has brown hair and gray eyes. She was last observed around 8 p.m. at the 200 Block of Q Street in Northwest, D.C. It is unknown what she was wearing.

Known for her extensive work in the green hydrogen sector, Raybuck is a featured expert on “Women in Green Hydrogen.” Her professional background spans a decade and includes a focus on decarbonization, utilities, renewables, cybersecurity, and sustainability. She has collaborated with the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Police confirm that as of Monday morning, Raybuck remains unlocated, and the search continues. Those with information regarding her whereabouts are urged to call 202-727-9099 or text 50411.
