Female Mail Carrier Threatened in NYC Robbery

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying an individual connected to a robbery that took place on Saturday, September 30, at approximately 2:59 pm.

A 26-year-old female USPS Mail carrier was approached by an unknown male while making deliveries, who demanded mailbox keys while pressing a knife against her stomach.

The individual, described as a male with a dark complexion, approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and aged between 40-50 years, fled to an unknown location following the incident.

He was last seen wearing black pants. There were no injuries reported during the incident.

The NYPD is actively seeking information regarding the individual’s identity and whereabouts.
