EPHRATA, PA – Samuel D. Seminerio, a 23-year-old resident of Ephrata, has been charged with Simple Assault by the Ephrata Police.
The incident occurred at his residence in the 1500 block of Division Highway, Ephrata Township, on Monday, at 6:49 p.m.
