16-Year-Old Stabbed by Multiple Suspects in the Bronx

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a stabbing that took place in the Bronx. The incident occurred on Friday, October 6, 2023, at around 11:35 a.m., in front of 406 East Fordham Road.

According to authorities, an unknown male individual was involved in a physical altercation with a group of males when he stabbed a 16-year-old male victim in the stomach.

After the attack, the suspect was seen fleeing on foot westbound on East Fordham Road. The victim was taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and is currently in stable condition.

The NYPD has released a detailed description of the suspect. He is described as a male, approximately 5’9” tall and weighing around 170 pounds, with a light complexion and braided hair.

“The individual was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers,” stated an NYPD spokesperson.
