41-Year-Old Man Beaten and Robbed in NYC

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying two male individuals connected to a robbery.

The incident took place on Saturday, September 9, at approximately 11:50 pm near Wood Avenue and Leland Avenue.

A 41-year-old male victim reported being approached by two unknown males, one of whom demanded property while assaulting him.

The second individual displayed a knife. During an attempt to defend himself, the victim was struck with a glass bottle and sustained a facial laceration.

He was treated at a local hospital. The suspects fled southbound on Leland Avenue on scooters.
