Manchester, NJ — Residents of the Whiting section of Manchester Township should expect to see low-flying aircraft this Saturday, October 14, as the United States military conducts training exercises in the area. The Manchester Police Department issued a public notice to inform the community of the upcoming activities.

“The United States military has planned training exercises in the Whiting section of our township,” said a statement released by the Manchester Police on their Facebook page. “As a part of this training, you might see some low-flying aircraft in the vicinity.”

Local law enforcement is working in coordination with military officials to ensure the safety and minimal disruption to the community during the exercises.

The Police Department did not specify the type of aircraft involved but emphasized the importance of community awareness for the duration of the training exercises.
