Three Wounded in Morning Gunfire in Olney

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A morning gunfire incident resulted in three people wounded on the 200 block of W. Ashdale Street in Olney.

On Thursday, just before 9 a.m., a 32-year-old man was critically injured with a gunshot to the head and was transported to Einstein Medical Center.

The second victim, a 56-year-old bus driver, was transporting seniors to an older adult center during the incident.

Despite being shot in the torso, he managed to drive to 9th Street and Roosevelt Boulevard before being taken to a hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries.

Additionally, a 39-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his lower back and is now in stable condition at the hospital. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the motive remains undisclosed.
