46-Year-Old Man Charged in Baltimore Fatal Stabbing

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – Authorities have made an arrest in relation to the fatal stabbing that occurred Friday night in Southwest Baltimore. Investigators arrested 46-year-old Alphonso Ward of Washington, D.C., charging him with first-degree murder.

Ward is accused of stabbing 41-year-old Kevin Miller multiple times in the 1600 block of Ramsey Street.

The incident initially unfolded on Friday night at approximately 11:35 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Ramsay Street and South Gilmor Street to assist the fire department.

Upon arrival, two unidentified males were found covered in blood. One of them, later identified as Kevin Miller, had sustained numerous life-threatening stab wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The second male suffered minor injuries and received medical attention at the scene.
