Accidental Gun Discharge Injures One in College Hill, Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, OH – Cincinnati Police Department reported a shooting in College Hill around 4:35 p.m. on Sunday.

Preliminary findings suggest that two individuals, believed to be teenagers, were handling a firearm when it inadvertently fired, resulting in one person being injured.

The injured individual was found with a gunshot wound to the arm but is expected to recover fully.

The shooting took place on Oak Knoll Drive.

As the investigation is still underway, specific details about the individuals involved and the exact sequence of events leading up to the shooting remain undisclosed.
