Suspect Arrested for Attempted Homicide in Trenton

TRENTON, N.J. – An incident on September 5, at approximately 10:41 PM, led to a shooting on 524 Hoffman Avenue.

Officers responding to the scene discovered a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of 513-517 Hoffman Avenue.

Members of the Mercer County Shooting Response Team’s investigation resulted in an arrest warrant for Dijon Signal, 24.

Signal was subsequently located and detained in Guilford, North Carolina, and is awaiting extradition to New Jersey.

He faces charges including Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and Weapons Offenses.
