Willingboro, NJ — A motor vehicle accident on Route 130 North Bound and Rancocas Road has led the Willingboro Township Police Department to close several roads and lanes in the area, according to a recent press release. Police are investigating the accident and are advising motorists to seek alternative routes.

“All lanes of Route 130 North Bound from Rancocas Road to Pennypacker Drive will be closed until further notice,” the police department said in its announcement. Traffic is expected to experience delays as officials work to resolve the situation.

In addition to the northbound closures, southbound traffic will also be affected. The press release notes, “Route 130, Southbound from Pennypacker Drive to Mt. Holly Road, will be condensed to one traffic lane.”

The police department is urging both motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area for the time being. No time frame has been given for when the roads will reopen, and further updates are expected as the situation unfolds.
