WEST PHILADELPHIA, PA – A late morning shooting on Tuesday left Terrell Lubin, a 36-year-old man from Southwest Philadelphia, dead.

Police suspect his co-worker, who evaded capture pulled the trigger.

The incident took place along the 500 block of N. 57th Street at approximately 11:46 a.m. Lubin was shot in the chest and was later transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at around 11:59 a.m.

Following the shooting, the believed assailant took refuge in a property on the 100 block of N. Ruby Street.
