Over the summer, two robberies occurred at a 7-Eleven on Goodluck Rd, Greenbelt, on May 21 and July 24. Greenbelt Police, in collaboration with Prince George’s County Police Department, identified 34-year-old Derek Lynn Davis of Temple Hills, MD, as the suspect.

Davis, arrested in August alongside two others for separate armed robberies, was linked to both incidents at the 7-Eleven.

Post arrest, detectives secured warrants against Davis for various charges including Firearm Use in Felony/Violent Crimes, First and Second Degree Assault, Armed Robbery, and others.

The warrants have been transferred to the Office of The Sheriff for service upon Davis, who is currently held at the Upper Marlboro Department of Corrections. Additionally, Davis is implicated in 15-20 further robberies, as established by the ongoing investigations.
