Wall Township Police Department Announces Halloween Rules for Juveniles

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Wall Township Police Department has issued a curfew for juveniles, effective from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on October 29, 30, 31, and November 1.

Juveniles are prohibited from being on any public street or in any public place during these hours unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Exceptions are made for juveniles engaged in or traveling to or from a business occupation, a medical emergency, or attendance at an extracurricular school activity or an event sponsored by a religious or community-based organization.

Parents and guardians are also reminded that it is unlawful to allow an unaccompanied juvenile to be in any public area during these curfew hours. The curfew goes into effect at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 29. The police department directs residents to township ordinance 93-2 for further details on curfew hours.
