14-Year-Old Reported Missing In D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is asking for help locating 14-year-old Jahlil Proctor, who is missing in D.C.

Jahlil Proctor was last seen in the 1600 block of Myrtle Street in Northwest, D.C. at 3 a.m. yesterday morning.

Proctor is described by police as a black male, 5’6″ tall and 115 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black and red sneakers.
