BEIJING (Reuters) – The China-U.S. Economic Working Group held its first meeting via video link on Tuesday, the Chinese finance ministry said.

The two sides had “in-depth, candid and constructive” discussion on the macroeconomic situation and policies, and bilateral economic relations and cooperation, the ministry said.
