GLEN BURNIE, MD – Early on Wednesday, at around 12:00 a.m., police officers were dispatched to the 7600 block of Gunmill Lane in Glen Burnie due to an attempted car theft.

A local resident, after hearing the sound of glass breaking, noticed three unidentified males trying to steal his neighbor’s Hyundai.

The witness’s presence made the culprits flee in another Hyundai, which was later found to be stolen from Baltimore.

Notably, the suspects came back shortly after, pointing a handgun at the witness and issuing threats.

Eastern District detectives are handling the case and request anyone with information to call 410-222-6145.
