Three Suspect Carjack Germantown Man at Gunpoint

GERMANTOWN, MD – On Monday, an armed carjacking was reported in the 19400 block of St. Johnsbury Lane in Germantown. Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division is actively investigating the incident.

Details reveal that around 9:35 p.m., an adult male victim parked his 2015 silver BMW at his home when four suspects, in another vehicle, blocked his driveway.

Three armed suspects confronted the victim, demanding he exit his car. After complying, one suspect drove off in the BMW while the others fled in their vehicle.

The three assailants are described as Black males, between 20-25 years of age, clad in black attire with black ski masks. The fourth suspect remained in the getaway vehicle throughout the incident and has not been described.

Residents with relevant information are asked to contact the Crime Solvers of Montgomery County, MD. A reward up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the culprits.
