Brooklyn Man Arrested for Triple Shooting

BROOKLYN, NY – In a recent update on an ongoing investigation, Ryan Nieves, an 18-year-old resident of 60 Glenmore Avenue, Brooklyn, was arrested and charged last Tuesday, at 9:00 am.

The charges levied against Nieves include murder, two counts of attempted murder, and two counts of robbery.

This arrest stems from an incident that transpired on Saturday, September 30, around 5:12 pm. Police were alerted by multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting at 987 Myrtle Avenue.

Upon their arrival, officers found three victims. Kyle Forde, a 28-year-old from 1670 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was later pronounced dead.

The two other victims, a 32-year-old male and another 28-year-old male, were transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Kings County and are currently in stable condition.
