HEATH, OH – Victor Leogrande, a resident of Heath, clinched a $20,000 win in the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $300 Million Diamond Dazzler. After deductions for mandatory state and federal taxes, which total 28 percent, Leogrande will take home $14,400.

The winning ticket was purchased at Speedway #8015, situated at 759 Hebron Rd in Heath.

The $300 Million Diamond Dazzler game is a $20 scratch-off featuring a top prize of $80,000 annually for 25 years. As of October 26, there are four top prizes yet to be claimed in the game.
