York Man Charged with Strangulation, Assault, and Harassment

WINDSOR, PA – Arron Zink, a 38-year-old from York, is facing charges of Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment stemming from an incident near Zeigler Mobile Home Park on September 24, at about 10:20 p.m.

Following the incident, an officer from the Lower Windsor Township Police Department acquired an Arrest Warrant for Zink.

He was processed and arraigned on September 25.

A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.

Zink, like all defendants, is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
