Cumberland Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Following Domestic Disturbance

CUMBERLAND, MD — An arrest warrant was served on Kordell Trebor Stewart, 23, by the Cumberland Police Department for charges stemming from a domestic disturbance. Stewart is held on a $5,000 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

The District Court issued the warrant following an incident on October 22. Police responded to a local establishment after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance. The victim informed officers that Stewart had destroyed her cell phone and slashed her vehicle’s tires. According to the victim, Stewart also caused a disturbance inside the business, alarming several patrons.

Stewart faces charges of destruction of property, disorderly conduct, and tampering with a motor vehicle.
