TRENTON, NJ — New Jersey State Troopers were deployed this Halloween to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for families participating in trick-or-treating.

The law enforcement agency announced via their social media channels that they were present throughout New Jersey neighborhoods, assisting in filling candy bags for young witches, warlocks, Batmen, and Batwomen. The troopers expressed gratitude to the communities for inviting them to partake in the festivities.

The initiative was part of a broader public safety effort to ensure the well-being of residents during Halloween. No incidents were reported during the period of increased patrol.
