ROSELLE PARK, NJ – Police Chief Dominick Frino and officers from the Roselle Park Police Department commended Hillside Police Officer Fazion Rock for his role in aiding an injured Roselle Park officer.
The recognition follows an incident on Tuesday, where Roselle Park officers engaged in a vehicle pursuit that ended in a collision and foot chase.
Officer Rock, alongside Officer Medina-Gonzales, was instrumental during the pursuit and subsequent activities on West Westfield Avenue that resulted in a suspect’s capture.
The Hillside Police Department acknowledges Officer Rock’s courage.
They credited him with preventing potential further injuries or fatalities.
