Hanover Township Police Arrest Man Wanted for Terroristic Threats

HANOVER TWP., PA – A wanted individual was taken into custody by the Hanover Township Police in the vicinity of EZ Express on the Sans Souci Parkway. Frank W. Shoppel, a 44-year-old from Plymouth Boro, was apprehended on Wednesday for an outstanding warrant.

The Luzerne County Sheriff’s Office had been seeking Shoppel for failing to appear regarding an incident on October 20th, as charged by the PSP Wilkes-Barre for Terroristic Threats.

The arrest took place at 1204 Sans Souci Parkway, where Shoppel was located and subsequently transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Wilkes-Barre.
