Police Seek Witnesses to Deadly Two-Car Crash in Greenwood

GREENWOOD, VA — The Albemarle County Police Department has issued a public appeal for witnesses to a deadly two-vehicle collision that occurred on the evening of October 14, in the vicinity of the Greenwood Road intersection.

The fatal incident took place around 9:15 p.m. in the 7400 block of Rockfish Gap Turnpike. Officials are reaching out for any additional information that can assist in the ongoing investigation of the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Authorities have urged anyone who can provide further details to come forward.
