Suspect Sought in Assault of Young Child in Lower Paxton

LOWER PAXTON TWP., PA – The Lower Paxton Township Police Department issued a request for public assistance in locating Juan Pablo Vintimilla-Herrera.

Accused of sexual assault involving a child aged 4-8 years, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors, Vintimilla-Herrera’s whereabouts are currently unknown.

Detective Dan Smeck is the lead on this case, and tips can be submitted anonymously.

A reward of up to $2,000 is available through the Crime Stoppers Program for information leading to Vintimilla-Herrera’s apprehension.

The public is asked to aid in ensuring the suspect is brought to justice.
